Maximum Occupancy: 6 Guests. Additional guests are subject to a €50 EUR per person per night fee.
Damage Deposit: A refundable €199 EUR damage deposit is required. Please report any damages immediately to avoid liability.
Smoking: Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
Pets: Pets are welcome with an additional fee. Please inform us in advance.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10:00 PM.
Parties: Not allowed.
Check-in: From 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
